Refunds on Home Design and Paint Visualization Orders

It is the client’s responsibility to input accurate information and photos in the submission process within 2 weeks of ordering a design. Brick&batten is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information. Designs are created based on client submission, architectural style, and design team experience. The design process starts immediately upon order.

We do not offer refunds on designs that are in process or that have been completed and/or delivered. At brick&batten, we want you to be satisfied with the final image of your home design. If you are not satisfied and would like to see changes, we offer one revision on select items within 2 months of delivering the design.

The one free revision may include any elements as identified or described on the brick&batten Free Revision Form unless that element was expressly identified or requested in the original submission.  Any additional revisions or revisions requested after 2 months we will be subject to additional charges. Please keep in mind, all landscape is generic and some items are best sourced locally. All home renderings, before and after photos, revisions and digital files are exclusive property of brick&batten.

 

Please note, if a refund is processed before any work has started, we will hold back 10% of the refund amount or a minimum of $60 to cover our processing fees.
