Our goal is that you walk away feeling empowered to make informed decisions about your home’s exterior. We realize that sometimes preferences change, which is why, after receiving your design, you have the option to order a free design revision on select elements. After this option, you may request paid revisions.

The best way to receive a revision is through the link in your deliverable email. That ensures we receive your request, your request is added to the correct design order, and we begin work on your design revision right away.

We understand it can sometimes take time to gather feedback on your design. You must submit your free design revision request within two (2) months of receiving your deliverable. After this time, you may request a paid revision and select from the available revision elements and pricing.

About Your Free Design Revision

After receiving your deliverable, you have the option to request a revision for your design.

What Is Included In Your Design Revision

Your free revision can include select elements of the design that you would like to see changed from the first design deliverable.  These items include:

  • Paint Colors
  • Door style or color
  • Garage door style or color
  • Lighting
  • House Number/ Accessories
  • Shutter style or color
  • Roof
  • Window color
  • Hardscape including Driveway or Walkways

However, we may have missed the mark on your style or misinterpreted a detail on your submission, and we want you to use this free revision process to ensure we get it right! Your Design Project Manager is also available to review the design feedback and ensure it is incorporated as part of this process.

How do I submit my free revision request?

When your design is completed, we will notify you via email. The email will include a link to your Design Review Page where you can download all design files and submit your Free Revision. You can also reach out to your Design Project Manager or send us a message via email if you would like to discuss your free revision or have any additional questions. Even if we connect via phone or email regarding your revision, we do request that YOU FILL OUT YOUR FREE REVISION FORM to ensure our system can track your request.

About Paid Revisions

Once your free revision is delivered, you can purchase further revisions if desired. Or if you want to request a revision after 2 months, you can use the Paid Revisions Form.

I may want paid revisions in the future. How long do you keep my project on file?

Once you receive your design, you will have up to 6 months to order paid revisions. After 6 months, we will archive your design and may require a new design to complete your requests. That said, there are no limits on paid revisions as long as we can access your original design file. If it has been longer than 6 months, please reach out to us so we can determine whether a paid revision is doable or we can advise you on the best approach.

How long do revisions take?

We aim to deliver revisions within two weeks of receiving the request. Often, our team is able to deliver them within a week. Timing varies depending on the scope of the requested work. If you have time constraints with your revision request, please ensure your Design Project Manager is aware so we can manage the timeline as best as possible.

Other Changes to Your Order

Free and paid revisions cover changes to the finished design deliverable that is sent to you. However, we understand that situations arise that may alter the information you submitted about your project. Because we begin our design process right away, there is a short window to alter the information you’ve submitted.

Can I change my order after submitting it?

Please do your best to ensure that your order information is accurate before submitting your project. If you need to make a change to your order and/or provide new information, please do so as soon as possible. Depending on where your design is in progress, we may not be able to accommodate changes. Reach out to [email protected] as soon as possible!

Once our team has begun actively working on your design, we are unable to accommodate changes or additions to the information you submitted. We can only make changes to your design after you receive your deliverable. Once you have the design, you can then request your changes via the free revision process detailed above.

What if I need to change options that affect the price of my order?

If you need to add options to your original order that affect the price — such as expedited delivery, additional side(s), new construction/home addition, and/or an additional color option — please notify us as quickly as possible. We will send you a link to provide payment and will adjust your order once payment is received. Note that these changes may delay your design’s delivery, and your Design Project Manager can provide any updates on expected timing.
