Add any details that are important to your design. What are you open to changing on your exterior and what preferences do you have? If you want more direction, please consider these questions: What are your project goals, style preferences, colors drawn toward, etc.? Are you replacing your cladding (siding, stone, stucco), lighting, garage doors, columns, railings, etc.? Are you open to adding a porch or changing your existing porch? Are you replacing your hardscape, such as driveways and walkways? If you don't have specific ideas, your design team will make choices on what they believe is best for your home.

This should include:

Photos of your current home
Please ensure one photo captures the entire side of the home you would like to be designed. If you selected more than one side, ensure that each side is submitted and clearly labeled. The photo should be HIGH RESOLUTION and a LEVEL/ STRAIGHT view. You may do this with your smartphone by uploading in ACTUAL size. Panoramic, google maps or realtor photos (Zillow, Redfin, etc.) cannot be used for design purposes but you can submit them for additional views of the home.. Most realtor photos have already been manipulated for color and will not provide the best after photo. Try to remove items obstructing the view. We know this is not always possible and will do our best to show what is behind trees, landscaping, etc. Sometimes these items will be left in your after photo. While we are committed to giving you the highest quality finished product, please be advised of these limiting factors. Your after photo is only as good as the before photo you submit.
